Motherhood is hard, much harder than I could have ever imagined. And through this crazy roller coaster of a journey of pregnancy, birth and parenthood, I have used my own yoga practice to help me remember the strength and courage I always have within me, even when its hard to find it! I believe so passionately in the power of yoga practice, and feel honored to be able to share my gifts and knowledge with parents and kiddos who open their hearts to the power of their own spirits!
